I am the School Counselor at Lorena Elementary and I absolutely love my job and all of the wonderful families I am blessed to work with! This is my sixth year as Counselor here at Lorena. Prior to counseling, I taught 2nd grade in Waco ISD, Valley Mills ISD, and also 2 years in Lorena. I received my Bachelors Degree from the University of Mary Hardin –Baylor and then my Masters Degree in School Psychology from Baylor University.

Outside of my job, I have been married for 10 years and have 2 wonderful boys – Daniel is 4 and Isaac is 2. My hobbies include running and outdoor activities like mountain biking and going to the park with my family. I also play the piano for Brazos Meadows Church in Hewitt, where my husband is the Worship Leader. Please let me know if there is anyway I can be of assistance to you or your student!
